Indoor Air Quality Testing (Mold Spores)

This is recommended if you are concerned about prior water damage or mold in the home that may be concealed from view during the inspection. This is also recommended for any home that will be occupied by an individual with a history of sensitivity to mold spores. A bio-pump will draw air across specialized cassettes that are then analyzed by a laboratory, providing results in as little as 2-3 days!!!

Sewer Scope Inspections

Sewer Scope Inspections are relatively inexpensive compared to the cost of repairs or replacements. A Sewer Scope Inspection involves running a camera through the buried lateral sewer line between the home and the city sewer connection or septic components to look for damage or obstructions. This is the most expensive pipe on the property and cannot be visually evaluated without the use of a sewer scope camera.

Termite Inspection

Termites are known as the “silent destroyers”, and infestations can be both hard to discover as well as expensive to repair. A Termite Inspection involves a thorough visual inspection of the home’s exterior, interior, and sub-spaces such as crawl spaces or basements to determine the presence of any active or inactive signs of termite activity. Many believe termites do not live in our neck of the woods, but we can attest to the fact that they do indeed!!!

Lawn Sprinkler Inspection

Everyone loves green grass in the yard. What's the best way to achieve that?? A properly functioning and calibrated lawn sprinkler system! If your new home has an underground lawn sprinkler system installed, be sure to have us inspect it to make sure your grass is green year in and year out!!!

Thermal Camera Image Inspection

Thermal Camera Image Inspection employs advanced technology to uncover hidden issues within your home. We can detect temperature variations that may signify potential problems like insulation deficiencies, moisture intrusion, electrical faults, HVAC inefficiencies, or even pest infestations. These variations, invisible to the naked eye, are translated into clear visuals, allowing us to pinpoint areas of concern swiftly and accurately. We offer you peace of mind by identifying issues early, helping you make informed decisions about your property's maintenance and safety.

Additional Structures

The home inspection itself will be limited to the main home on the property plus one detached garage. If you would like any additional detached structures inspected such as shops, barns, quonsets, or other structures, with or without living spaces, be sure to let us know!
